Our Team Leader's favorite quote:
"Get to work."Why we think we should win:
We worked very hard and put in our best efforts into our machine. Our theme was very creative, original, and successful. Our machine is very interesting and has many unique steps that other machines made by middle schoolers do not have. Suggestion for next year's challenge:
1. Open a book 2. Throw a ball through a hole 3. Pour a cup of water
Lucky the Leprechaun loses his lucky charms and has to go on a journey to find them again. After the lucky charms fall, the charms are lost throughout the machine. He must find each charm before he is able to make more lucky charms back. Luckily, Lucky finds his first two charms in the same pulley system, the heart and the rainbow. After that, he finds the hourglass on a ramp that is hit by the rainbow. The next charm he finds is the star that is on a ball. This ball rolls down the blue moon ramp. Soon after he finds the tasty red balloon that is sadly shot by a crossbow. He keeps searching until he stumbles across a trail of clovers that lead to the last charm -- the horseshoe. He has now found every charm and is able to eat his notorious Lucky Charms!!!
