What we're studying:
S.T.E.MOur Team Leader's favorite quote:
The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.
Vince Lombardi Why we think we should win:
We should win the Rube Goldberg contest because we have successfully built a creative, functioning machine. Our machine meets the requirements at hand, and proves that we went above and beyond with our building process to insure that it would be an achievement. The amount of time and thought put into our machine is remarkable. Not only did we incorporate our theme, space, to the apparatus, but we have exhibited the way intelligent minds can fuse brilliant ideas into one masterpiece.Suggestion for next year's challenge:
Erase a dry erase board
Open a door
