Our Step List

1. Pull out sheet to release weight
2. Weight falls through tube and hits bandana, which pulls yellow string
3. Cardboard is pulled sideways by yellow string
4. Ball is released after cardboard is pulled. Ball falls into a bucket.
5. Bucket has a string attached which pulls a small cardboard piece out of the way of the marble on its track
6. Marble falls through long track, then into a bucket
7. Bucket falls down, which lifts popsicle stick up through a pulley system
8. When the popsicle stick lifts, it releases a a car down a track
9. Car rolls down track and falls off to the side. The car has a string on it, which is attached to a pair of scissors.
10. Scissors get pulled down from the car falling, and cut a string.
11. When the string is cut, it releases the fly swatter.
12. The fly swatter hits golf ball #1
13. Golf ball #1 hits golf ball #2
14. Golf ball #2 hits golf ball #3
15. Golf ball #3 hits golf ball #4
16. Golf ball #4 hits a marble
17. The marble then rolls down a track and falls into a bucket.
18. The bucket falls down, which pulls on a string (which is attached to the bucket).
19. The string getting pulled then pulls a tennis ball slightly, to the point where the tennis ball falls off the ledge and into a funnel.
20. The tennis ball travels through the funnel and hits a cup.
21. The cup gets pushed from the tennis ball. The cup has a string attached. On the other end of the string is attached to a piece of paper. When the tennis ball gets pushed, it pulls this piece of paper as it moves.
22. The paper moves out of the way to allow a marble down a blue track. Once the marble exits the track, it hits a mouse trap.
23. Mouse trap is set off from the marble hitting it, which pulls a popsicle stick.
24. After the popsicle stick is moved out of the way, a car is released down a white track.
25. When the car gets near the bottom, it pulls out a spool of thread. (A string is attached to the car which is also attached to the spool of thread).
26. After the spool of thread is pulled from under the lever (piece of wood), a car travels from one side of the lever to the other side. As the car travels, it hits a large mass.
27. The large mass falls onto a piece of wood. Under the wood is a clothespin. Once opened, it releases a string.
28. The string is on a pulley with a mass attached to the other end. The mass falls onto a platform, and hits the platform hard enough so that it shakes a globe ball. The globe ball then travels down a track.
29. The globe ball then hits a marble down a blue tube.
30. The marble hits a penny. The penny is attached to fishing string, which is being held by a slit in a popsicle stick. When the marble hits the penny, it moves it so that the string gets taken out.
31. The string is attached to a pulley with a mass on the other end. Once the string is out of the popsicle stick, the other end of this pulley system is heavier (mass is heavier than the penny), so the mass falls. As the mass falls, it brings the penny up into the piggy bank.
