What we're studying:
We're learning how to scale pieces of our machine to make sure we're correct. We're are also learning how to be innovative with the pieces that we put on our machine and how things don't have to go as planned, that we have to be flexible and listen to each other's ideas and that if someone's ideas don't work we don't blame them for it(we are still working on that one a little bit ;)

Our Team Leader's favorite quote:
Measure twice ,cut once !

Why we think we should win:
We have worked harder than anyone to make the pieces. We learned to work with what we have, for example when we ran out of wood, our team made the bases out PVC pipes, and the table that holds the umbrella , we made that out of Styrofoam and plastic cups ! Also we had many missing members the past couple of weeks so we had to word twice as hard for the members that were absent. Our team has a sense of humor which you can see for yourselves in the machine. This is why we should win

Suggestion for next year's challenge:
turning off a light switch
