What we're studying:
Our team consists of high school students studying chemistry, environmental science and an arts program.

Our machine is based on a money theme using steps with coin drops, rolls and added effects. The machine has 16 steps with a grand finally.

Our Step List

Step 1: water falls into a tube and pushes a wooden doweling and tips a ball
Step 2: the ball goes down a ramp and pushes a car
Step 3: car has a needle and pops a balloon filled with pennies
Step 4: pennies fall into a funnel connected to bucket and pulls a ball
Step 5: the ball tips a cup full of acetone
step 6: acetone dissolves a block causing a cylinder to roll down a ramp
Step 7: cylinder hits some cups some gold bricks and some deck of cards
Step 8: the deck of cards hils a marble causing it to roll and hitting a car
Step 9: the car rolls and drops a piece of cardboard holding marbles
Step 10: the marbles roll down a ramp into a funnel spiral connected to a bucket
Step 11: the bucket hits a gold brick car and pushes a button
Step 12: the button causes a catapult to launch a ball
Step 13: the ball tips a cup of coins into a lever scale
Step 14: the lever switches a lever and drops some coins into a plinko apparatus
Step 15; the plinko apparatus drops the coins down a ramp into a piggy bank
Step 16: the piggy bank has a button inside causing a cannon to fire faked 100 dollar bills
