What we're studying:
1.Participating in a program called "inventing Rube Goldberg machines" for elementary school students.
2.This problem is using a mechanism levelled for elementary school students.
1.Program of transferring potential energy to motive energy, and vice versa
2.Program of using characters of materials and elastic energy
3.Program of inventing simple but fun Rube Goldberg Machines.
4.Draw scientific activities in various kinds of novels and make Goldberg Machines. Our Team Leader's favorite quote:
Task : Read and express the actions of the main character, Mowgli.
1.Connect three plates of Goldberg Machine.
2.Task No.1 Let Mowgli and Baloo(bear) meet.
3.Task No.3 Pop a ballon and let him meet Shierkan(tiger).
4.Do not use electricity (age level-below 5th grave)Why we think we should win:
1.Students always discuss together to invent Rube Goldberg machine.
2.They use available objects and utilize them.
3.Rube Goldberg machine is based on a fun story. Suggestion for next year's challenge:
1. Offer elementary school students proper tasks of right level.
2.Students are not allowed to use difficult knowledge such as fiction, science.
