Our machine is made up of recycled materials that we found around our homes and school. We taped, glued, and painted the machine to put together 15 steps.

Our Step List

1. Lego pulley system releases a set marble
2. The marble runs down an incline plane
3. The marble hits base-ten blocks starting a domino reaction
4. The final domino reaction pulls a string - releasing a wood pin
5. The wood pin releases a golf ball to run down an incline plane
6. The golf ball falls into an old can set on a seesaw -
7. The seesaw releases a baseball
8. The baseball hits a set of books - starting a domino reaction
9. The final book pulls a string starting a separate falling reaction.
10. The final book falls on a lever-shoe
11. The lever-shoe kicks a soccer ball into a box
12. The soccer ball rolls into a ruler
13. The ruler pushes over a set of block cards
14. The block cards falls onto the press light
15. The press light turns off
