Our Step List
Step 1: a board is pushed out from under a small block of wood tethered to the starting trigger.
Step 2: the trigger is pulled off of the ramp, allowing a ball to roll.
Step 3: the starting ball hits another ball, making a right angle turn. That ball then falls down and bounces off some blocks, and finally hits a different ball.
Step 4: that new ball begins to roll, falls down into a ramp, and makes contact with a small ball bearing.
Step 5: the combined mass of the two balls allows them. To roll down and set off a mouse trap.
Step 6: the mouse trap pulls a block off of another rail above it and let's a ball roll down the rail.
Step 7: the ball makes contact with a small pulley which is pushed off of the end of the rail.
Step 8: the pulley begins to swing around the pole that it is wrapped around and hits a piece of wood that is attacked to a turning lever.
Step 9: the lever hits the back of a pool ball and sets it in motion.
Step 10: the pool ball then hits a 3 lb weight and makes it fall off of the workbench.
Step 11: finally, the weight pulls a string that is attached to the trigger of the air compressor spray gun and makes it spray water onto the chalkboard.
