What we're studying:
We are studying engineering and magnetic levitation. We are trying to work these aspects into our machine. Our Team Leader's favorite quote:
"Imagination is more important than knowledge" - Albert EinsteinWhy we think we should win:
We think we should win because we worked very hard. I'm sure you hear this from every group, but we had many disputes and difficulties, but we got over them.Suggestion for next year's challenge:
We think that next years task should be to open a book.
Our group, The Wake-Up Callers, created a machine to help little Pete get himself ready for school. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so Pete needed some help getting ready. Luckily his dad whipped up a machine to pour a bowl of cereal, using some household materials. Some things he used were; wood, magnets, metal balls, a CRAZY alarm clock, Pete's favorite toy car and many other household items.

3.Pendulum(1) hits Wooden Block(2*)
4.Wooden Block rolls on ramp(2^) and hits domino
5.Domino falls on to ball(3*)
6.ball falls and (3*) hits into magnetic ball(4*)
7.ball(4*) goes down the magnetic ramp(3^)
ball (4*) hit pendulum(2)
